Friendly staff of The Svarog Vest Group Corporation headed by chairman of the Board Andriy Gordiychuk has actived in agriculture for 5 years. The Company celebrated its first anniversary the sixteenth of December. During this time, Svarog has established itself as one of the most successful agricultural organizations famous for the excellent performance of production, generous yields and high quality products. Now there are not people in Khmelnitsky and Chernivtsi region, who would not know about the activities of the corporation. This is proof of the fact that in Svarog work only professionals, highly qualified specialists in the field of crops, animal industry, fruit and vegetables growing, and they are united by wise leader, that knows farmers truth – “where are good roots, there will be good seeds”.
Traditionally, the company celebrated its birthday of all “Svarog’s family”. Nearly six hundreds of employees of the corporation and hosts, including the vice-chairman of Khmelnytsky Region State Administration Volodymyr Galyshchuk, deputy head of Chernivtsi Regional Directorate of agriculture development Volodymyr Ryabyy, head of Main Directorate of agricultural development of Khmelnitsky Region State Administration Oleg Striletskiy, famous public and political figure Mykola Gonchar, the president of association “Ukrainian club of agricultural business” Oleksey Lissitsa, chairmen of District State Administrations, district, municipal and village councils, in which The Svarog Vest Group Corporation operates, and leaders of financial and business structures that are friends and partners of the corporation were on the celebration.
The official part was held in a grand hall of the Khmelnytsky Regional Philharmonic. Traditionally, the opening speech was delivered by host holiday, the main man in Svarog Andriy Gordiychuk. Summing up the work of the company in last year he told about all the achievements and victories, which was made jointly with the staff of the corporation. Andriy Gordiychuk thanked all employees for their hard work, responsible attitude to their duties and contribution of each to the development and prosperity of the enterprise.
The Svarog Vest Group Corporation is one of the leaders of the domestic agricultural production and model of its quality. Because of that Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk twice last year visited farms of Svarog and enthusiastically responded to visits. To emphasize the great importance of the corporation on the national agricultural market, Minister approved the award to 27 Acknowledgements and 29 Diplomas of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Ukraine, and 32 labor Awards “Badge of Honor”, which emphasized the high status of the corporation. They were instructed to hand to Volodymyr Halyschuk and Oleg Striletskiy, who are certain, that thanks to Svarog, Khmelnytsky Region is the leader of the Ukrainian agroindustrial complex.
The best managers were awarded medals “Working glory of Ukraine”, namely G. Gnatyuk, S. Philyuk, A. Sapizhenko. The chairman of the Board Andriy Gordiychuk for professional management corporation was awarded the Order “The star of the leader of Ukrainian economy” and received the appropriate certificate. This award is very important because the winners were determined by an independent expert assessment on the financial and economic indicators. The deputy head of the region also presented the profile award “Leader of the Industry” and presentation-image book “Agriculture of Ukraine: Present and Future”-2011. An important status of the company emphasized the award “Philanthropist of the 2011 Year”, because corporation was, is and will be an important provision of social security.
Besides the chairman of the Board of Joint Stock Company “Sugar factory of Shepetivka” Mykola Agarkov congratulated the company. He pointed to a long productive cooperation with the corporation that brings positive results for both sides. Mykola Agarkov rewarded those who support the most productive links, medals, mark of respect and cash prizes.
The main awards ceremony was in the service of letters, cash prizes of 1 000 to 4 000 grivnas and stays on holiday for the best workers of the corporation. The best accountants, storekeepers, agronomists, managers, mechanics, combine operators, engineers, drivers, turners, dispatchers, locksmiths, welders, technologists, guards, inspectors, builders raised at the scene.
The innovation of this year celebrations became honoring the best of the best employers anniversary orders second and first degree for high services to the Corporation. The true friends and partners of the company received orders for the cooperation. The Folk and Honored Artists of Ukraine Tetyana Kyslyk, Oksana Nesterenko, Olena Ivasyuk, Marian Hadenko and others decorated the show.
After the festivities everyone went to continue the celebration at a banquet in Khmelnytsky restaurants “Rainbow”, “Ararat” and “Gold Lion”. The famous in Ukraine and abroad band “VV” came to honor the work of Svarog. Participants of “VV” readily agreed to sing to agrarians, because they are sincere adherents of the best Ukrainian traditions and respect people who work for the development of our country. There also was firework, which left only positive memories of every visitor.
So, the first 5 years of the corporation activities has successfully ended. An excellent result adds inspiration to a more productive work and new achievements. We wish every family whose members work in a friendly team of The Svarog Vest Group Corporation health, prosperity and welfare.
